Committee members are needed the night of the event to serve in the following areas:

• Set up-
  Assist with moving tables and chairs

Cover tables with paper

Set up Beverage Centers

Place decorations on tables

• Table supervisors-

Assist with the general flow at assigned table

Ensure dishes remain in place near identified labels

Ensure food labels are visible

Table arrangement and organization

Maintain assigned table appearance (neatness, clean, etc)

Remind parents to read labels if there are any allergy concerns

• Take down

Return tables and chairs to appropriate location

Ensure trash is picked up

Assist with getting the empty dishes to the appropriate areas

• Check in-

Ensure dishes are correctly checked in

Ensure that containers and dishes are labeled

• Food Runners-

Take food from Check in to appropriate table

Provide food and labels to table supervisors

• Trafic control-

Guide individuals to the appropriate areas

Guiding the follow of traffic in hallways

Assisting individuals with answering questions

Assist in making sure trash is placed in appropriate place
